What we offer

AVELRANE provides made-to-order jewelry and customization services. Pricing varies by design, diamond size and grade, metal, and setting details. A final written quote and product specifications are provided before payment.

How a custom order works

  1. Send us a design reference or tell us what you are looking for.
  2. We confirm the design, materials, diamond specifications, final price, and production timeline.
  3. A 30% deposit starts production.
  4. Typical production time is 10–15 business days.
  5. We provide completion photos/video before the remaining balance is paid and the order is shipped.

Shipping & returns

International shipping is available to supported destinations. Typical delivery after production is 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions. For eligible returns, contact us within 7 days of delivery. A US$500 restocking fee may apply to returned made-to-order jewelry. Return eligibility is confirmed according to the item condition and customization details.
